Product Nature & Representations

  • Chronex Co. sells custom-modified watches using third-party or OEM components.

  • These watches are distinct from factory-issued timepieces and should be viewed as independent creations built by our expert workshop.

  • While some internal components may originate from brand-name donors, the final assembled products are not originals, official releases, or authorized reproductions of any trademarked brand.

Warranty & Limitations

  • All Chronex Co. watches are covered solely by a Chronex Co. warranty, which does not include any manufacturer’s (e.g., Seiko) warranty or support.

  • Warranty covers workmanship and movement issues for the duration specified at purchase. Wear-and-tear or misuse are not covered.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper care and may return watches per our standard return policy, independent of any OEM manufacturer’s terms.

Authenticity & Disclosure

By purchasing or interacting with Chronex Co., you acknowledge and accept:

  1. That the watches are hand-assembled custom modifications, not factory-produced originals.

  2. All brand references are used truthfully for component identification only.

  3. The absence of any official relationship between Chronex Co. and referenced brands.

No Representation or Guarantee by Brand Owners

  • Chronex Co. makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the authenticity, quality, or origin of components sourced from original-brand watches.

  • Any warranties or claims relating to original-brand trademarks lie solely with the original manufacturer and are not covered by Chronex Co.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Chronex Co. and its affiliates will not be liable for product performance, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential damages.

  • Your purchase is solely your acceptance of the product’s nature as a custom modification and not an official brand product.
