At Chronex Co., we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every timepiece. This warranty policy outlines the coverage, terms, and process for warranty service.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to watches purchased directly from Chronex Co. or an authorized retailer. Coverage includes the movement and core functionality of the watch under normal use.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as the parts and labor required to resolve such issues. Movements that stop functioning without external interference are also covered.

The warranty period is one year from the date of original purchase by the first owner.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, Chronex Co. will repair or replace any defective component at no cost, provided the issue results from a manufacturing defect under normal use and proper care.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors unrelated to manufacturing defects.

This includes damage resulting from accidents, impact, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Opening the watch case or altering internal components will void the warranty.

Normal wear such as scratches, fading, or discoloration is not covered. Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions is also excluded.

Water damage is not covered unless the watch was purchased with an upgraded water resistance option.

Warranty Claims

Proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility. Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to us. If the claim is approved, Chronex Co. will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement item.

Once received, the watch will be inspected and you will be updated on the status of your claim within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

Chronex Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or a breach of this warranty.

All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty.

Chronex Co. reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
